This year we are running the Archers of Bingham Autumn Western 50 Tournament, open to entrants across the County, alongside the Club Championships.
The Tournament will be a Western 50 round, being 4 dozen arrows @ 50 yards followed by 4 dozen arrows @ 40 yards. Juniors will shoot at 40 yards and 30 yards respectively.
Trophies for:
Trophies will be awarded for people shooting Recurve, Barebow and Longbow.
Separate trophies are available for the best in Club and best in Tournament in each category.
Sighters at 11am. Entry to the Playing Fields from 10am for registration and set up.
Please note: all carbon arrows are not permitted.

Numbers are slightly limited so enter soon to avoid missing out!
Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the day with the raffle held while the scores are being calculated.
Cakes, tea and coffee will be on sale throughout (tap water is available also), but please bring a packed lunch and other provisions for yourself as needed.

Limited parking is available just inside the playing field and on the curb along Dark Lane. Alternatively, entrants can unload and then park elsewhere in the village. Car sharing where possible would be appreciated.

Personal data shall only be collected for a legitimate purpose in connection with running the tournament, this shall consist of name, gender, date of birth, contact details, club (and ID), bow shot and handicap; 2. Personal data shall be stored in a secure way and only shared with the tournament organisers for the purposes of running the tournament; 3. Personal data shall be deleted from the club records 1 month following the date of the tournament, save as is contained in the tournament results document, which shall then be a document of club record. The results document shall only contain personal data necessary to show the results of the tournament.
Archers of Bingham will not be responsible for any loss or damage to entrants' goods or equipment.
