Summer Season Club Championships

This year’s Club Championships will be a Warwick 40 round, being 2 dozen arrows @ 40 yards followed by 2 dozen arrows @ 30 yards.  Novices (who have been shooting for less than 2 years) and Juniors have the option of shooting at 30 yards and 20 yards respectively, rather than 40 and 30. 

Trophies for:

• Ladies - Juniors & Seniors  (one Junior and one Senior trophy for each bow type)
• Gents - Juniors & Seniors  (one Junior and one Senior trophy for each bow type)
• Ladies & Gents Novices (one Ladies and one Gents trophy for all bow types combined based on handicap)
• The coveted 'Worst White' Trophy.

Trophies will be awarded for people shooting Recurve, Barebow and Longbow (and Compound, if any). 

£5 for seniors and £3 for juniors payable in cash on the day in the usual manner.

After the shooting, there will be cakes provided while the scores are calculated. Given we’re shooting in Bingham, there could even be a trip to one of the pubs in town afterwards!

For this year, we are using the Club Championships as a practice for a more formal tournament to be held next year. We would therefore appreciate if you could please confirm entries at least one week prior to the tournament, so by 31 August 2024.

Do you currently hold a Summer Club Championship Trophy?  If so, please could you arrange to return this to Natalie by 24th August 2024.
